Born & Early Life of Mouni Roy

Mouni Roy was born on 28 September 1985 in Cooch Behar city of West Bengal to father Anil Roy and mother Mukti Roy. His father Anil Roy was the office superintendent of Cooch Behar Zilla Parishad.

Mouni belongs to a film background. His mother Mukti was a theater artist and his grandfather Shekhar Chandra Roy was a renowned theater artist. He has a younger brother, Mukhar Roy. She considers her father as her role model. She is a fine Kathak and Ballerina dancer. She was also a finalist of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa in 2014.
